Heart Risk Screen

F2 · Targeted Specialty Preventive — Cardiology
₹6,800Diagnostics only
Do I have early structural or risk-factor signs of heart disease, especially if I have a family history?
Best for

Adults with a family history of heart disease, or anyone wanting a dedicated cardiac risk picture beyond what a general checkup's resting ECG alone provides.

Time at centre: ~40–50 minPreparation: No fasting for ECG/ECHO; blood tests may need fasting*Report: Within 24–48 hrsBooking: Self-bookCollection: Blood: Home* · Rest: Centre
What's included
  • ECG — Heart rhythm and electrical conduction at rest
  • ECHO / TMT — Structural heart function or exercise stress response
  • Carotid & Vertebral Doppler — Checks for plaque/narrowing in neck arteries supplying the brain
  • Lipid Profile — Cholesterol and triglyceride levels
  • Diabetes Profile — Fasting sugar and HbA1c — diabetes is a major cardiac risk multiplier

What normal doesn't rule out

coronary artery blockages directly — TMT/ECHO suggest risk but a normal result doesn't rule out early plaque; for a direct structural measurement, see F19 (TriScan Cardiac Calcium Score). Also doesn't cover kidney or liver organ function — pair with F1 for that.

Not included

  • CBC, LFT, KFT (see F1)
  • Coronary calcium scoring (see F19)
  • Advanced biomarkers (ApoB, Lp(a) — see F1-T4)

Not the right fit if

you're currently experiencing chest pain, breathlessness, or other acute cardiac symptoms — that needs urgent clinical evaluation, not a scheduled screening visit. Please seek immediate medical attention instead.

Preparation

Preparation: Wear comfortable clothing for TMT (treadmill test). Blood tests (lipid, diabetes profile) may be recommended fasting depending on your situation — confirmed at booking. || Collection & eligibility: Home service coversblood collection only. ECG, ECHO/TMT, and Doppler require a centre visit. Self-bookable, no referral needed — but see "not the right starting point" if symptomatic.

Result pathway
Normal
Repeat as part of routine cardiac risk monitoring
Borderline
Consider F19 (TriScan) for a direct calcium score
Abnormal
Discuss with your own physician or cardiologist promptly
Urgent
Truscan's clinical team follows up per internal escalation protocol
Clinically relevant

Add-ons matched to this package — not “frequently bought”.

  • Strongly relevant: F19 TriScan — direct coronary calcium measurement, the natural next step if this screen shows any risk signal
  • Sometimes relevant: F1-T4 Advanced Biomarkers (ApoB, Lp(a)) — worth adding for a fuller particle-level risk picture

If you want more coverage

F1 (Quick Health Screen, ₹1,400) for the organ-function panel this doesn't cover, or F19 TriScan (₹9,300) for a direct coronary calcium measurement.
