Kidney & Hypertension Surveillance

F12 · Nephrology
₹3,200Diagnostics only
Given my diabetes or high blood pressure, how well are my kidneys currently functioning?
Best for

Long-standing diabetic or hypertensive patients needing renal risk surveillance, or anyone with a new diagnosis of either condition.

Time at centre: ~25 minPreparation: None requiredReport: 24–48 hrsBooking: Appointment-basedCollection: Blood/Urine: Home* · USG: Centre
Basic KFT alone: ₹449–950 — imaging/ACR add-on pushes above basic panel · Diagnostics only (ACR)
What's included
  • Serum Creatinine, Urea — Standard kidney function markers
  • Electrolytes — Sodium, potassium — kidney function affects electrolyte balance
  • eGFR — Estimated glomerular filtration rate — overall kidney function
  • Urine ACR — Albumin-to-creatinine ratio — detects early kidney damage before creatinine rises
  • USG KUB / Renal Doppler — Structural and blood flow assessment of the kidneys

What normal doesn't rule out

the cause of kidney changes if found — that requires clinical correlation with your diabetes/hypertension control history and possibly further specialist workup.

Not included

  • HbA1c / diabetes control markers (see F16)
  • Full urinalysis for infection (see F10)

Not the right fit if

you have acute flank pain, fever, or sudden decrease in urination — that needs urgent clinical evaluation, not a scheduled screening visit.

Preparation

Clinically relevant

Add-ons matched to this package — not “frequently bought”.

  • Strongly relevant: F16 Diabetes & Hypertension Health Review — this panel is a component of F16; if not already done, that's the more complete starting point
  • Sometimes relevant: F10 Men's Urinary Health Screen — if urinary symptoms are also present

If you want more coverage

F16 (Diabetes & Hypertension Health Review) — this kidney panel is one of F16's reused components, so if you haven't done F16 yet, that's the more complete starting point.
