Established diabetics/hypertensives wanting the fuller annual complication picture beyond the core glycemic/kidney/eye review.
- Core Review (T1) — HbA1c, FBS, Lipid, ACR, eGFR, BP, Retinal Photography
- Podiatry/Nerve Module — Neurotouch, ABI, Pedoscan (reuses F15)
- Liver Module — FIB-4 score, LFT (reuses F17-T1)
- Cardiac Module — ECG + hs-CRP (reuses F2 components) — see important note below
What normal doesn't rule out
a definitive absence of any complication — this is a screening panel; abnormal or borderline findings need clinical correlation and possibly further specialist workup.
Not included
- Full F2 Heart Risk Screen (ECHO/TMT, Doppler) — this includes only ECG + hs-CRP
- Full F14 Nerve Health Screen (NCS/EMG) — this includes only the foot-focused Neurotouch/ABI/Pedoscan

this is your first-ever diabetes/hypertension diagnosis — start with F16-T1 or talk to your physician about initial workup first.
Preparation
Preparation: 8–10 hours fasting recommended. No special prep for Neurotouch/ABI/Pedoscan or ECG. || Collection & eligibility: Home service coversblood collection only. All imaging and functional tests require a centre visit. Appointment-based, ideally annual.

ADA guidance does not recommend routine coronary screening in asymptomatic, well-controlled diabetics. If your diabetes/BP is well-managed, ask your doctor whether the cardiac module is necessary for you before booking.
