Platelet Count — Used together with LFT to calculate the FIB-4 score

What normal doesn't rule out

the presence of liver fibrosis directly — FIB-4 is a calculated risk score from blood markers, not a direct measurement. F17-T2 (USG) or F17-T3 (MRI) elastography measure liver stiffness directly.

Viral hepatitis markers (see F17-T2, F17-T3)

Not the right fit if

you have symptoms of acute liver disease (jaundice, severe abdominal pain) — that needs urgent clinical evaluation, not a screening test.
