Energy & Recovery Assessment

F19 · Internal Medicine
₹4,200Diagnostics only
Weeks after being sick, or for no clear reason, why am I still exhausted?
Best for

Anyone with persistent lethargy or unresolved symptoms weeks after an acute infection, or unexplained low energy without a clear cause.

Time at centre: ~20 minPreparation: Morning draw for cortisol*Report: 24–48 hrsBooking: Appointment-basedCollection: Blood: Home*
What's included
  • CBC, ESR — Screens for anemia and general inflammation
  • hs-CRP, Ferritin — Inflammation and iron store markers
  • Vitamin D3 & B12 — Common, treatable causes of fatigue
  • Thyroid Panel — Under/overactive thyroid is a classic fatigue cause
  • Cortisol (8 AM) — Adrenal function — timed morning sample for accuracy
  • ANA Baseline — Screens for an underlying autoimmune process

What normal doesn't rule out

a specific diagnosis with certainty — this is a broad screen designed to catch the most common explainable causes. If everything here is normal but fatigue persists, further specialist workup may be needed.

Not included

  • Full autoimmune panel (see F20, if ANA baseline is positive)
  • Sleep study (itemized service — ask at booking, no dedicated family exists yet)

Not the right fit if

you have acute, severe symptoms alongside the fatigue (fever, chest pain, severe weight loss) — that needs urgent clinical evaluation, not a general fatigue panel.

Preparation

Preparation: Cortisol must be drawn around 8 AM for an accurate reading — confirmed at booking. No fasting required otherwise. || Collection & eligibility: Home service coversblood collection only(single draw, timed for the morning cortisol requirement). Appointment-based.

Result pathway
Normal
Consider non-medical causes (sleep, stress) with your physician
Borderline
Targeted retest or specialist referral based on which marker flagged
Abnormal
Refer to the relevant specialist (endocrinologist, rheumatologist) based on findings
Urgent
Truscan's clinical team follows up per internal escalation protocol
Clinically relevant

Add-ons matched to this package — not “frequently bought”.

  • Strongly relevant: F20 Joint & Autoimmune Panel — if the ANA baseline here is positive or indeterminate
  • Sometimes relevant: Sleep Study (itemized) — worth asking about if fatigue coexists with snoring/suspected sleep apnea

If you want more coverage

Consider F20 (Joint & Autoimmune Panel) for a fuller autoimmune workup.
