Couples planning a pregnancy who want a baseline fertility and hormonal check before trying, or after a few months of unsuccessful attempts.
- Hormone Panel — FSH, LH, AMH, Prolactin, E2, Progesterone, SHBG, DHEA-S
- Fertility Markers — Ovarian reserve and reproductive hormone status
- Ultrasound — Structural pelvic scan (women)
- Semen Analysis (men) — Sperm count, motility, and morphology
What normal doesn't rule out
the cause of infertility if conception hasn't occurred after 12 months of trying — that needs a fertility specialist's evaluation, which may include tests beyond this baseline panel.

- Couple karyotyping (see F5-T2)
- PCOS-specific workup (see F11)
Not the right fit if
you're already pregnant — see F6 (Antenatal Genetic Screening) instead, or you have a diagnosed fertility condition already under specialist care.
Preparation
Preparation: Certain hormone tests (FSH, LH, E2) are most accurate on specific cycle days — typically Day 2–5. Confirmed at booking. Semen analysis requires 2–5 days of abstinence beforehand. || Collection & eligibility: Home service coversblood collection only. Ultrasound and semen analysis require a centre visit.
