Antenatal Baseline Screening
Pregnant women at 11–14 weeks gestation, continuing from F6-T1's early visit labs.
- NT+NB Scan (11–14 wks) — Nuchal translucency and nasal bone ultrasound measurement
- Double Marker — PAPP-A and free beta-hCG blood test
- Blood Group & Rh, CBC — Repeated/confirmed if not already done
- Urine Routine, Glucose, VDRL, HIV, HBsAg, TSH — Core antenatal panel continued
What normal doesn't rule out
a diagnosis — this is a risk-assessment screen, not a diagnostic test. A high-risk result means further testing (NIPT or diagnostic karyotyping) is recommended, not that a condition is confirmed.
Not included
- NIPT / Extended NIPT (see F6-T3, F6-T4)
- Diagnostic fetal karyotyping (clinician-led pathway)
- TORCH panel (not included — ask your obstetrician)
Not the right fit if
you're past 14 weeks — the NT scan window has closed; talk to your obstetrician about second-trimester alternatives instead.
Preparation
Preparation: No special preparation for the scan or blood draw. || Collection & eligibility: Home service coversblood collection only. The NT scan requires a centre visit. Self-bookable, no referral needed.
