Allergy IgE Panel — Screens for common inhalant and food allergens
PFT (Spirometry) — Lung function and airway capacity
CT Paranasal Sinuses — Structural imaging of the sinuses

What normal doesn't rule out

a specific asthma diagnosis (needs bronchodilator response testing) or an infection — if fever/purulent discharge is present, see F18 (Flu & Respiratory) or a physician first.

Not the right fit if

you have fever, chest pain, or acute breathlessness — that needs urgent clinical evaluation, not a scheduled screening visit.

Preparation

Preparation: Avoid antihistamines for 3–5 days before the allergy panel if possible, as they can affect results — confirmed at booking. No prep for PFT or CT. || Collection & eligibility: Home service coversblood collection only. PFT and CT require a centre visit. Appointment-based — call ahead.
